Easy Return Process

Items Purchase Online ✅ Eligible Returns
• We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
• Hair must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• Bundles, closures, and frontals must be in their original condition — no combing, cutting, dyeing, or altering in any way.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
• Opened or used products
• pre-installed bundles
How to Request a Return
1. Email darahairext@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
3. Customer is responsible for shipping (to and fro) costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Shipping cost is not included in the refund.
Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 24 hours
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. Please initiate a return and place a new order.
